Meera Nandan has signed her third tamil film titled "Ayanaar" opposite to 'Mirugam' Aadi, and produced by P.L Thenappan. She is currently busy shooting for the film 'Ayyanar'. Meera has two other Tamil films on hand. She is the heroine in K.T Kunjumon’s comeback film 'Kathalikku Maranamillai' with a debutant and 'Theni' with Nanda.

Ayyanar is a sentimental and romantic action entertainer with lovely songs tuned by Thaman. Aadhi and Meera nandan have an absolutely new look in the film. One of the highlights is going to be the comedy track of Santhanam.

Aadhi met with a minor injury during the shoot near the Gemini Flyover in Chennai. The fight was to have a night effect and was picturised in a incomplete multi-storied building with hero Aadhi fighting the baddies Ravi Kale, Pitamagan Mahadevan, Arpit and others. Ayyanar is being directed by debutant Rajamithran, a film institute pass out. He has also penned the story too.

Shooting for the film is in full swing Sethu Sriram cranks the camera for it. Thaman, who played drummer in Boys, is scoring the music. Art by Sri. Mu.Kasiviswanathan is the Editor.
