The new film produced by Cinema Paradise has been titled after Rajinikanth’s super hit film Guru Sishyan. The new Guru Sishyan will have Sathyaraj, Sundar.C and Vadivel in the lead along with a new sensational glam girl Hema Malini. The film will have music by Dhina and it is said to be a “rip roaring comedy laugh riot, with lots of action and fun”.
Sakthi Chidambaram has made it clear that he has borrowed only the title of the old Rajinikanth- Prabhu film, and it is not a remake of the earlier film. Sundar.C is pairing with Vadivel once again after the laugh riot Thalai Nagaram.
The shoot of the film has started after the ‘pooja’ which was held at AVM studio on 9th July. Then it was followed with the shooting in Pollachi. Huge sets were erected for a song sequence and few important scenes.
