Ilayaraja scores the music. Naanjil Naadan, S.Ramakrishnan, Palanibharathy,Na.Muthukumar pens the lyrics.
Sugha, long time associate of Director Balu Mahendra wields the megaphone. Shoot for the film took place at Chernmadevi, Aalwaarkurichi, Ambasamudhiram and Melakallur. Special Permissions were taken for the shoot that took place at Nellaiyappar Kovil in Nellai.
