Story is set in the backdrop of Kumbakonam and Mayavaram. Shoot for the film is progressing at Virudhachalam, Pondy, Cuddalore and nearby locations. A song sequence is planned to be shot in a Island called 'MGR Thittu' located near to Picchavaram & Two songs are planned to be shot in exotic locales of Ooty & in Overseas locations.
