A doctor comes out a with new medicine for a serious disease. He decides to provide the formulae to the Nation, so that the people would be benefited. He is highly supportive by a Drug Company Chief. The partner of the company decides to kill the doctor and plans to sell the Medicine Formulae to a Foriegn Company. He kills him too, knowing the plans of his partner the Chief escapes with the formulae. His family get shattered. Was the chief able to dedicate the formulae to the nation and did his family get united forms the crux of the story.
Shooting for the film started at Chennai and then followed in various locations like Munnar and other parts in Kerala. The highlight of the film is Singer T.M.S and P.Susheela sings a song for the film in MSV's score.
